二、研究方向和学术贡献        


        前研究方向:铁电、压电材料与器件;多场耦合与功能材料;铁电物理学与缺陷工程。

        主要学术贡献: (1) 提出了宏观力学调控的一维位错掺杂策略,通过高温塑性变形在BaTiO3单晶中构筑稳定且有序的{100}<100>滑移系位错,设计位错与铁电畴壁的平行构型,利用其局域应变场精准控制畴壁可逆运动,在低电场(<100 V/mm)下实现BaTiO3单晶的逆压电系数一个数量级提升,且电场滞回低于5%,同时显著提升驱动寿命和温度稳定性,为高灵敏度、高精度、高可靠性的无铅压电驱动器件开发奠定了材料基础。(2) 以位错可控构筑为契机,揭示带电位错在铁电畴形核过程中的关键作用,破解了块体铁电材料中电畴形核不可控的难题,解析了带电位错对铁电畴翻转的精准调控机制,实现了BaTiO3单晶在室温下高达1.03%的可逆电致应变、超过10000 pm/V的大信号有效压电系数和11.67 J/cm3的机械能量密度,较未变形样品提升三个数量级,相比铅基陶瓷和单晶提升一个数量级,为高性能压电驱动材料的设计提供了全新力学手段。(3) 发展了BaTiO3中位错密度的可控调控方法,构筑了基于有序位错网络的高效载流子输运通道,发现逆压电系数随位错密度增加呈先增后降的规律,实现交流导电性提升三个数量级和电导率的各向异性设计,压电催化性能提升了452%,并进一步揭示了电荷输运机制。
